Small Group Training Sessions (55 min.)
At FITstl, you are provided with a unique opportunity to train in small groups of 2-6 people. FITstl programs integrate strength training as well as functional training. They are innovatively designed to help participants meet their individual goals. Each session is uniquely developed and utilizes a variety of equipment, so that you never get the same workout twice.
Great pride is taken in designing a workout for the individuals in the group, whether or not they share the same fitness level. Small group training allows the participants to share the cost of training without sacrificing their individual needs or goals.
